A very long visit for MOT and service, partly due to 2 new tyres needed and therefore a MOT retest, but also because another car was stuck on a failed ramp. It is a real shame that your car pick up service is no longer available.

I needed to request a duplicate payment to be refunded. They explained the paper mot was sent in the post as it wasn't available in collection, but I haven't received a paper copy. They were explicit in asking for a top rating for customer service.

I would have liked to have been updated on when my car was going to be ready. I dropped it off on Thursday and didn't get it back until Monday pm - but no call on Friday to tell me that was happening.

The Mini Centre are really good but they were closed for maintenance, so I had to go into the BMW section which always seems a bit stuffy. The people were all very polite but it's not as good as the Mini Centre

Nothing is completely great. service was a service. Kirsty was great, kept me informed as promised and very efficient, the complementary wash was not great. but I suppose it was for free

The team, and especially Kirsty really went above and beyond to get my car back to me. What we assumed was a simple repair turned into something a lot more but Kirsty and the team kept me informed, arranged a courtesy car and got everything done.

Fab valet of car inside and out. Brake fluid service completed as planned. Part unavailable for work to pass MOT. This is being progressed. Calls to book the car in for work required for MOT are ignored.
