Mini was driven delivery. Arrived with 40 miles charge, tyre warning re 2 back tyres well below rec. pressure (2.3 bar vs 2.7), tyre valve cap missing from 1 tyre. The interior wasn't fully clean with dust and didn't have new car smell!

The ordering and handover process was excellent. Sam was very quick to respond to queries. There was a slight delay in my test drive due to the car being returned late from another customer, but this was not a particular issue.
