I found James very friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and return calls. The showroom was comfortable with a good selection of vehicles. I was very impressed by the way the hand over was completed, there was no rush to leave.

Slight delay on delivery

The staff are always helpful and willing to sort out the issue ..I like my car apart from the issue I have had since day one with the rattle ..Another rattle has also appeared now but I'm not sure if I want to bring that up .

James Moquet-Kenny was extremely helpful throughout the sale and pick-up of the new car. The only problem with mini not being able to produce an invoice for the original collection date.
