My only small gripe is that it was delayed a few weeks on delivery which was communicated early in the sales process as something that might happen. The team worked hard to get me all the relevant details so that I could get parking permits organised

I parked my Mini Cooper at Vines (Crawley) for its MOT. I was greeted upon arrival by Ellen (reception) & handed her my keys. I waited about 3/4 hour in reception, where i was offered coffee etc. The experience was extremely positive & my car passed.

Service was carried out quickly and efficiently and the team accommodated the fact that we were unable to get the car to them as early as they would have ideally liked

The centre managed the process with mini to a satisfactory conclusion. The process took longer than I would have liked but they did see it through. App not working properly.... I have rated this 5 stars.
