The service was ok, but I lost 23 days from my MOT as the date was not carried forward to the 18th December as I was promised when the booking was made. So next year I will probably go somewhere else, unless you can rectify this.

All good. Just one small thing. The video showed no issues with all 4 tyres. Then the MOT (same day) showed a cut in one of the tyres.

Service is very expensive considering it's just an oil and filter change. We forewarned the heated seat was broken but had to book a 2nd visit to have the pad replaced - disappointing. 2nd visit took an entire day to replace faulty seat pad.

My tire air notice came on and I asked if they could check my tyres. My car came back with the notice still On!

It travelled up from Gatwick, which left the petrol showing on red. I would have taken the driver to the station but I needed petrol which was the other direction. The driver had only limited knowledge of the mini.
