The ordering and handover process was excellent. Sam was very quick to respond to queries. There was a slight delay in my test drive due to the car being returned late from another customer, but this was not a particular issue.

Engine oil service booked nine days before actual service day. Car dropped off at 8.45, requested pick up about 1 p.m.. Arrived back at 1.30 to be told that NO Oil Filter was in stock! Unbelievable, totally unprofessional !

Very disappointed with Mini Gatwick Vines. After my MOT on 14 May, my MINI's previous digital service history disappeared. I have chased this for weeks but still have no proper explanation or resolution. The issue remains unresolved.

A very long visit for MOT and service, partly due to 2 new tyres needed and therefore a MOT retest, but also because another car was stuck on a failed ramp. It is a real shame that your car pick up service is no longer available.
