Pity the car had a fault so could not pick up the car on the promised date.
I was provided with a courtesy car whilst mine was being serviced and I was kept informed of the progress of my car. Excellent customer service from Claire Dendy at Vines Crawley.

Did not appreciate that an MOT, plus pre-check and break fluid change would mean that my car was in all day having taken in early? Also having to book in 2-3 weeks in advance for any work done in your workshop is not helpful in emergencies.

It wasn't explained when I booked the car in that I would have to pay for insurance. The loan car didn't have any petrol. Only 11 miles left... They offered to get the car filled up but it would of made me late for work..

I find the whole business of there being no paper service record or even a web based one rather frustrating. I now know it is on the car but when I rang to book the service it seems I was given wrong information but had no way of knowing.

I was updated throughout both via email and via the salesman. At no point did I need to chase an update.

Very prompt pick up, I was kept informed of arrival of my mini and then of service details and when my car was being returned to me. I like the added extra of the video of the service. Would be nice to have the car valeted as well as washed.

James Moquet Kenny provided excellent customer service throughout the process from quotation through ordering and ultimately delivery. He accommodated the dates we could collect the car. Was always courteous and prompt to reply to queries.

I was told the service warranty I paid for covered every service needed over the 3 year period and so it should be honoured without any argument . It was bought in good faith before your policy changes . Also car came back twice with new issues!
