You just need to sort out making it clearer to customers which side to visit, BMW side or the MINI side. Get that right and it will be perfect.

When I entered the building, the Receptionist gave me vague instructions of where to go and didnt tell anyone I was there, or where the waiting area was was, resulting in me just standing around looking lost.

I’ve only had my mini since Sept 2018 ( first time mini owner) and I’ve had two occasions to contract Vines of Gatwick. Both extremely positive experiences of splendid customer service.

Poor booking experience with car needing 1st a major service, then only an oil service and when dropped off no service at all! Booked work couldn't be completed on day 1, took 3 days to get the car back

I live 30 miles away from Mini, and they called me at 10.00am by which time I was in Crawley, to tell me there was no courtesy car available. I had already reached Crawley and had to turn around and go home! I have many similar examples!

Late on pick up for MOT and wanted to keep it in with a minor problem. My husband took over and this was at 3pm and we needed it back on the same day. Once they realised they managed to do it in the time and returned it. Complete the answer
