Save £2,560 road tax
WITH THE MINI ELECTRIC RANGE.

If you’re considering a MINI vehicle, it’s important to be aware of upcoming changes to road tax (VED). From 1st April 2025, Electric, zero, or low-emission vehicles will no longer be exempt, and road tax costs will depend on the car’s on-the-road price.

If you purchase a MINI Electric Vehicle over £40,000 before 1 April 2025, you can save £2,560 in road tax over six years, paying £975 instead of £3,535. Order now to avoid the extra cost!

Vehicle must be ordered, delivered and registered by 31 March 2025.

ELECTRIC MINIS UNDER £40,000.

Registered before 31 March 2025 – First-year road tax is £0. From the second year onwards, you’ll pay £195 per year.
Registered from 1 April 2025 – A £10 first-year road tax applies, followed by £195 per year from the second year.

ELECTRIC MINIS OVER £40,000.

Registered before 31 March 2025 – First-year road tax is £0. From the second year onwards, you’ll pay £195 per year, with no additional expensive vehicle supplement.
Registered from 1 April 2025 – First-year road tax will be £435 (£10 standard road tax + £425 expensive vehicle supplement). From year two, you’ll pay £195 per year plus the £425 supplement for five years.
