I had to come in twice, and on both occasions had to wait over three hours; on the second, Vines made a mistake when I booked and put me in the diary for the wrong week. Also, they did not clear my computer of a service warning as they had promised.

The wait for to get the car seen is 2-3 weeks and then again to get the repairs done, the mechanics seem far too busy to get the car looked at in good time. The communication from the services team was very poor.

Car dropped off about 8:30am on a Friday for brake pads. Not informed until 6:45pm that it wouldn’t be done. When I did collect on Monday I was kept waiting about 30 mins despite arriving at least 2 hours after being told it was ready.

Good communication and diagnostics. I had an incident a few months ago that required in depth analysis to discover the issue and Mini found it within the electrical loom which could have proved very expensive. This was ycovered under warranty

I was approached in the car park by a gentleman asking if I was there for service and then asked for keys - was not told about this when I booked it in- then you still have to go in to book in and he appears with keys.
