Thorough job, and the whole experience was very easy. Being picky, the service took longer than I'd expected - if I'd realised it was going to be a couple of hours I'd have gone into Crawley to do some shopping. But car being cleaned was a bonus.

When I take a car in for service I expect it to be serviced and if anything needs doing to be told and I will approve. On reading paperwork at home it states engine oil low needs topping up !!!!!!!

I specifically requested my car be ready for a 2pm collection when making the booking and highlighted this when I received my courtesy call and also when dropping the car off in the morning, at 3pm I was still sat in the showroom waiting.

You didn't have tyres in stock so I had to drive away with a dangerous tyre. No loan car could be found. Parking is a nightmare. Work carried out OK

250 characters not enough to explain the poor service received. Lack of communication to let me know what was happening, left without a car. Called numerous times with a promise of a call back which never happened until I advised I was coming down ..

Overall pleased but car was booked in originally for pick up at 12.00 noon which I confirmed when I brought it in but car was not ready until just before 17.00 hrs.

Had to ring several times to find out what was going on as told would get a call back which did not happen.Seems as if whilst Rob was away no one had access to anything and Mini body shop fell over with very poor service.Can provide more full details

The support was great, but not being allowed to rent a car because of not having a "EU"-Divers license is just inacceptable. Especially because the reason was stated as "there is no EU o the license". This is very sad as there is no such thing anyway

Asked to look at boot, no feedback about it and needed 2nd visit. Car serviced but computer not updated so car continues to remind me it needs a service . If the car didn't have to go back for boot, it would have been inconvenient.
