Tom Argent was the salesperson that we dealt with from beginning to end. He was generous with his time and knowledge and even delivered the car to our home address on completion
Service was very good. Contacted throughout the day & the video was also very ingesting.

Was very satisfied but a little disappointed that the inside of the car was hoovered inside, the outside had been cleaned however.If cleaning inside wasn't in the speck I retract my comment
Again it was all down to Tom Argent at Vines Gatwick, he even dealt really well when the Radio didn't work on the day we were due to pick up.... he handled it so well that we didn't mind waiting a week
Mini not ready for collection at time told to us by girl on reception. We had neither asked for nor expected an expedited MOT/service but when it was offered it should have been ready at the correct time, not 40 minutes late.
Very hard to achieve perfection but very satisfied.

I have dealt with Vines for 12 years. The staff are always helpful, well-trained and courteous.
The was and polish on my car was very poor. The polish hadnt been properly buffed and there was white polish on the plastic trims.
Francesca was organised, showed me how to use the self parking and my 8 year old great niece got to sit it each of the minis in the show room!

I arrived to find my booking for my MOT had been cancelled for reasons unknown to myself and the staff I spoke to. Fortunately, I was still able to get my MOT done that day so I was very grateful
I was kept fully informed, given a courtesy car and they explained everything they had done, when I received my car back.
Efficient and easy
James who dealt with me was helpful and friendly, the only reason its a 4 and not a 5 is that on buying a brand new car I feel should have had a choice of all the extras and I don't feel that's the case.
Came away disappointed with my experience for the first time in the sixteen years I have been a customer. (See question 1).

This is my fourth mini at this Centre and always the guys have been brilliant and the whole process easy and seamless from start to finish !
Again the hospitality whilst waiting endless cups of coffee - I was continuing to work in this 2 hour period on my computer and courtesy check on me only occasionally
The contact / communication is excellent and very reassuring at every stage. Staff always very helpful and friendly.
Car back on time and cleaned
There was a problem in that the first ordered mini was damaged on the transporter however whist disappointing initially not minis or dealerships fault and 2nd car was ordered all stops were pulled out to get the car to me quickly

Every aspect of our purchase was handled with care and courtesy.
It wasn't really a service as such rather a possible fault which turned out to be an over sensitive sensor under the back of the car.Also the windscreen wiper blades had hardened.
Very happy. Can't give 5 stars as no charging cable delivered with the car. Darren at Crawley handled this so well, he seemed sincerely sorry about this and tried hard to get one for us. When it arrived he delivered it personally to our house.

Did everything I asked. Never any stress.
Car went in at 8am. All day allocation. At 4pm diagnostic check had not been. I had to constantly chase progress. Claire took control but car stayed overnight.
