Very good Call Centre staff when I made the booking. Very polite. I only had the car MOT'd so all was straight forward. I was called when the work was completed.

When I arrived home didn't realise tyre pressure warning was on as the pressures hadn't been reset my husband had to do the reset as it clearly states in manual tyre pressure reset should be done after a change of tyre takes place.
Car was washed and spotless inside. Good range of amenities to keep you occupied while you waited.
We had some queries and possible engine adjustment. The service people went through considerable trouble to investigate and provide a good report on what was happening.

I was asked for my mobile number So that I could be called. I ended up calling 3 times to check on progress and not getting called back until 6pm. Also my husband was emailed rather than me.
The Mini was collected and returned on time. Service carried out most satisfactorily.
I was served by a Mr James Kenny. I cannot fault James he was extremely patient and had researched my initial specifications coming up with the Mini which I bought. He did also show me other models so that I had a choice.
As above, overpriced compared to other garages and electric car with no possibility to charge!

The reason our Mini was at Gatwick was that on our way homeone Saturday night we hit a large pothole which resulted in the nearside front tyre being punctured our vehicle was then recovered and taken to Gatwick who replaced the tyre on theMonday
Although my usual contact was away, Duncan made me very welcome at the BMW service reception.
My only concern was not really knowing how critical much of the work was.
Done under warrnaty. Quickly and happily. Only issue was that one of the parts (tyre valve) wasn't covered by the warranty, which seemed strange.
Told wrong things over the phone as usual. Unauthorised work done. Told to pick up in 40 mins. Got there and had to wait another 40 mins even though I said I needed it back by 3.45 (dropped off at 9.30am). Typical Vines experience really.

The service manager kept me informed at all times with regard to the progress being made in resolving the issues with my car and I have to say she was charm personified, unlike a recent experience I had with the local Audi franchise.
